Start Your Own
Church Ministry

Your faith. Your sovereignty. Your legal foundation.

The decision to form a ministry is not administrative. It is a declaration — of your beliefs, your mission, and your right to operate in alignment with your spiritual convictions. We help you make that declaration with integrity and legal standing.

What this structure makes possible

A living expression of your faith —
documented, registered, and protected.

A 508(c)(1)(A) Faith-Based Organization is one of the most powerful and sovereign structures available under U.S. law. It recognizes your ministry as a non-taxable spiritual entity — independent, private, and unaffiliated with any other ministry or network.

This is not a generic nonprofit. It is a living expression of your specific faith, your specific beliefs, and your specific vision.

We have walked this path ourselves. This service exists because we believe every genuine spiritual leader who is ready deserves a foundation built to last.
Full spiritual and legal independence
No affiliation, no oversight from other bodies. Your ministry answers to your faith and your conscience.
Non-taxable recognition under U.S. law
Recognized as a faith-based organization — not a corporation, not a state-registered nonprofit.
Private and sovereign structure
Avoids state incorporation, maintaining the private spiritual sovereignty that most traditional structures don't offer.
A foundation to hold what matters
Operate, minister, and hold property in alignment with your beliefs — with legal standing behind it.

What's included

Everything from the first document
to the final call.

Governance and decision-making framework
Key questions to define your governance style — consensus, appointed leadership, board voting. Templates for meeting minutes, resolutions, and bylaws included.
5
